Terms and Conditions

AgentsSuccess agrees to:

• Call and verify every new lead.
• Provide a full refund if client information was not accurate at the time of call.

Agent agrees to:

• Pay 25% Referral fee for 1HomeRebate leads. These leads are labeled as so on the "Available Leads" page.
• Contact the client immediately by email and by phone no later than the next business day;
• Once client has been contacted, email or otherwise contact AgentsSuccess with the outcome of that meeting;
• If the Agent has any trouble contacting the Client, contact AgentsSuccess for support and assistance;
• Inform Customer Service of all significant events in the Agent/Client relationship, including initial contact, agreement on a listing or sales contract, purchase, sale, etc.;
• Give the Client full value real estate service by:
• Providing home sellers with MLS entry, market analysis, advertising, and other support;
• Communicating regularly with the Client to keep the Client informed;
• Assisting home buyers to find homes by providing information about neighborhoods, schools, shopping, transportation, etc.; and
• Generally working to make the Agent/Client relationship positive and satisfying for all concerned; and
• Refrain from recommending any mortgage service provider to the customer unless requested by the customer or AgentsSuccess;

1HomeRebate Leads with 25% Referral Fee

If a lead requires a referral fee than the agent must pay a 25% referral fee of the gross commission (on the side(s) of the transaction that you are representing our referral on) at the closing of the sale. The referral fee shall be paid to 1HomeRebate directly by the closing agent.

• For example, $250,000 sales price, 3% on the side(s) of the transaction that you are representing a 1HomeRebate referral = $7500. 20% referral fee = $1875 paid to 1HomeRebate. Cash rebate to client is $937.50.

In the states where rebates are not allowed: Alabama , Oregon, South Dakota, and Tennessee, the referral fee is calculated as follows:

For Agents representing SELLERS in those above mentioned states not allowing rebates:

• Reduce commission charged to client by 0.20% of the sales price Pay 1HomeRebate a referral fee of 18% of the referred agent's broker's reduced commission upon any successful purchase and/or sale of the home by the Client referred. The referral fee shall be paid to AgentsSuccess directly by the closing agent.

For agents representing BUYERS in those above mentioned states not allowing rebates:

• Prepare the offer to the seller in such a fashion such that the savings promised to the buyer is reflected in a reduced purchase price and a reduced commission paid to the AgentsSuccess buyer's broker. For example, list price $100,000; buyer's broker full commission - $3,000. Savings to buyer - $250 (8.33% of broker's full commission) and $500 (18% of broker's reduced commission) referral fee to AgentsSuccess. Full price offer to seller - $99,750; reduced commission paid to buyer's broker - $2,750 Pay AgentsSuccess a referral fee of 18% of the referred agent's broker's reduced commission upon any successful purchase and/or sale of the home by the Customer referred. The referral fee shall be paid to AgentsSuccess directly by the closing agent.

Alaska, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina and West Virginia do not allow us to pay a cash rebate, lower your purchase price or reduce your closing costs if the lead requires a referral fee..

Agent agrees to honor these terms for all clients referred by AgentsSuccess. AgentsSuccess reserves the right to terminate the membership of any real estate agent/broker at anytime, for any reason, without notice.
